Account & access

For login problems, account access, password resets or a suspended account, email us from the address linked to your Shotara account.

For subscription or payment questions, include the email used for your Shotara account. Never send card details by email.

If a Drive upload or project folder is failing, tell us what you were trying to do and which device you were using.

Signed-in users can also use Feedback and contact inside Shotara to report a bug, request a feature or ask a question.
